The 2025 AFCA Convention and Exhibit Hall will be in Charlotte, North Carolina from January 12-14, 2025. The AFCA Exhibit Hall is a great way for companies to showcase their state-of-the-art football products, services, technology, equipment, apparel and much more to our 7,500 coaches and support personnel from high school to professional ranks.
Become an ExhibitorBy becoming an Exhibitor, you will have the ability to book meeting room/hospitality space in the Convention Hotel upon request and availability, inclusion in the AFCA Housing block, convention credentials, compliant liability insurance and much more. Please contact AFCA as soon as possible if you are interested in being a part of the AFCA Exhibit Hall to ensure you don’t miss out. Steps to Exhibit: 1. View Exhibit Hall Map. Make selections from available booths. 2. Complete Exhibitor Application. Review and Agree to Terms and Conditions. 3. Receive invoice for assigned booth and submit payment. 4. Once payment has been received request Housing from ResQuest and order booth needs through the Freeman Company. Wave Dates

This can’t-miss Hall showcases all the latest football products! Coaches can check out the latest products varying from apparel, training aids, field maintenance supplies, and so much more! Many exhibiting companies also run special AFCA Convention sales and reveal new products and inventions during the show!

Non-Exhibiting Individual Allied AttendeeThe AFCA has created an opportunity for individual business members to join the AFCA as an allied member. This allied membership applies to individual(s) working in football, such as, a consultant, agent, or representative. As an Individual Allied Member, individuals can attend the convention with some benefits, such as, inclusion in the AFCA housing block, convention credentials and ability to secure meeting room/hospitality space at convention hotel at an additional cost.
